Annual Company Secretarial Services

Service period:  One year ( Up to the anniversary date of incorporation)

Services Scope:  

1. Preparation the minutes of the directors’ meeting and general meetings;
2. Preparation and filing of Annual Return;
3. Preparation of other company secretarial documents;
4. Ensure the company to comply with the Companies Ordinance.


Remarks:
Hong Kong Government fees will be billed as incurred. We will not pay on behalf of our clients.
