Junior Admin Assistance

l   Coordinate meeting

l   Responsible for providing general office/ clerical support to the department

l   Assist in ad-hoc tasks

l   General administrative & customer services duties including but not limited to greeting guests, answering phone calls and client's enquiries
  • Completion of HKCEE/ DSE or above
  • 1 years of clerical / admin working experiences preferrable
  • Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently with a variable schedule and meet deadlines
  • Account and Tax Consultant

    l   Handle full set of accounts for various clients and daily financial operations 

    (Included month-end closing, and prepare monthly financial reports)

    l   Assist in preparing and consolidating monthly financial analysis and management reports

    l   Assist in ad-hoc assignments

    l   Supervise junior staff & review their works

    l   Liaison with auditors / clients

  • High diploma holder in Accounting 
  • 1 year or above relevant experience in accounting preferably, fresh graduate will also be considered
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word 
  • Hands on experience in using QuickBooks is preferable
  • Self-motivated, independent, able to work under pressure and meet tight deadline
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Junior Account & Tax Consultant
